Who we are
DomainQB (domainqb.com) is a domain name portfolio. We list premium domain names for sale and talk with people who want to buy them.

What we collect and why
Inquiries. When you use our inquiry form, we collect the domain you’re interested in, your name, your email address, an optional offer amount, and your message. We use this only to reply to you, discuss and negotiate a possible sale, and keep a record of that conversation. The form sends your inquiry to our mailbox at info@domainqb.com.
Emails you send us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include, and we use it the same way.
Site usage. We use Google Analytics (set up through Google’s Site Kit plugin for WordPress) to see how many people visit, which pages they view, and whether the inquiry form gets used. Google collects things like your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site. We use this only to understand and improve the site.
Server logs. Like most websites, our host may automatically record basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser details for security and operations.
We don’t run ads, we don’t have a newsletter, and we don’t take payments on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related emails for as long as the conversation is active, and generally up to two years after that so we can follow up on the same domain. If a sale happens, we keep records of the transaction as long as needed for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner (see below).
We don’t sell your data
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only as described here.
Service providers
- IONOS hosts this website and our email, so your inquiry and emails are stored on their systems.
- Google provides analytics (Google Analytics) and serves the fonts used on the site, so your browser connects to Google when you load a page.
- Escrow.com. If we agree on a sale, payment and transfer are handled through Escrow.com. You’ll give your payment and identity details to Escrow.com directly, under their own privacy policy, not to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our site doesn’t set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) in your browser to tell visits apart and measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site still works without them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email info@domainqb.com from the address you used to contact us, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we’ll honor those requests too.
Children
This site is for adults doing business. It isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
